1. Who handles personal data

Personal data submitted through this website is processed by Dadhich Art Academy (an education and training brand under HYPHENLINE LLP, https://hyphenline.com/) as the data fiduciary / controller, along with our infrastructure and hosting service processors necessary for website operation. Specific statutory registration disclosures remain subject to OWNER LEGAL VERIFICATION.

3. Contact-form data

When you submit an enquiry on our Contact page, we collect your name, phone number, email address, selected course of interest, and message content solely to address your questions and provide course information.

4. Counselling-form data

Our counselling request forms collect your name, contact phone number, optional email, selected course of interest, and preferred time slot in order to schedule a live, 1-to-1 video or phone consultation with an Academy mentor.

5. Scholarship application processing

When you apply for our 50% course fee scholarship assessment program, we collect:

• Applicant Details: Full name, email address, phone number, city, and state.
• Educational & Career Context: Current applicant status (student, working professional, freelancer, job seeker), current role or educational institution, and industry goals.
• Creative Background & Goals: Self-assessed skill level, prior design/editing experience, portfolio link (if provided), statement of interest, and specific learning objectives.
• Guardian Details (if under 18): Student name, guardian name, relationship, guardian email, and guardian phone number.
• Assessment Declarations: Acknowledgement of the free application process, the separate ₹2,000 practical evaluation fee if shortlisted (which is not adjusted against course fees even if qualified, and non-refundable if a candidate does not qualify), and the 50% fee scholarship terms upon passing.

Purpose of Processing: Scholarship data is used exclusively to evaluate candidate background, assess creative aptitude, and coordinate evaluation scheduling. Applications are evaluated manually by Academy mentors — we do not use automated algorithms, credit scoring, or behavioral profiling to determine eligibility.

6. Parent/guardian and learner-under-18 enquiry data

The website records a parent or lawful guardian’s attestation when an enquiry or scholarship application concerns a learner under 18 years of age. This website checkbox is an attestation and does not constitute full cryptographic or verifiable parental consent. Prior to enrolling any minor learner into live classes, Academy staff conduct a mandatory direct guardian verification (phone or video consultation). We do not collect government ID (such as Aadhaar or Passport) or full date of birth on website forms.

7. Privacy Request data

If you submit a formal data request, we collect your name, email address, request type (access, correction, deletion, or consent withdrawal), details, and acknowledgement to verify and process your request. You can make a privacy request directly on our website.

8. Native Netlify Forms processing

All four website forms submit directly to native Netlify Forms infrastructure according to our static configuration. Submissions are stored within our access-controlled Netlify dashboard and are reviewed manually by authorized Academy staff. Netlify processes this data under its commercial privacy terms.

9. Satoshi typography and Fontshare CDN

The Academy website uses the Satoshi typeface, hosted and served via the Fontshare CDN (operated by Indian Type Foundry on global Cloudflare infrastructure via api.fontshare.com and cdn.fontshare.com). When your browser loads these fonts, standard network headers (including your IP address, browser User-Agent, and Referrer) are transmitted to the CDN to fulfill the asset request. Font files are cached locally by your browser to minimize subsequent requests.

10. No session recording, heatmaps, or advertising pixels

The Academy website does not install or operate session recording software, screen replay tools, or keystroke loggers (such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, PostHog, FullStory, LogRocket, or Mixpanel). Furthermore, our website code contains no social media tracking pixels or conversion tags (such as Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or LinkedIn Insight Tag).

11. No commercial mass email sending platform

We do not operate automated marketing newsletters, promotional email blast systems, or third-party mailing list services. All email communications from the Academy are direct, transactional, and responsive to your explicit enquiry.

12. Optional Google Tag Manager and analytics after consent

We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) solely to measure aggregated website traffic. These tools are strictly blocked from loading and setting cookies until you provide active, voluntary consent through our cookie consent banner.

Your analytics consent choice is stored locally in your browser under the key dadhich_academy_consent_v1. No central Academy consent database or log is created on our servers. Clearing browser storage removes this local receipt completely. You can change or revoke your analytics consent at any time by clicking "Cookie Settings" in our website footer.

13. WhatsApp as a user-initiated external service

Our website provides direct buttons to message us on WhatsApp. Clicking these buttons opens WhatsApp directly. The Academy website never pre-fills your personal form information or contact details in WhatsApp URL parameters.

14. Data retention and deletion process

We retain submitted enquiry and scholarship records only for the period necessary to answer your questions, conduct counselling, evaluate scholarship eligibility, or fulfill administrative requirements. We conduct periodic manual reviews to purge resolved and aged submissions from our Netlify inbox. You may request deletion of your records at any time via our Privacy Request form.

15. Access, correction, deletion, and consent withdrawal rights

Under applicable privacy laws (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate records, request deletion of your enquiry data, or withdraw prior consent. Submissions to our Privacy Request form are processed within 30 days.

16. International service-provider processing

Because we use global cloud infrastructure providers (such as Netlify and Google), personal information submitted through the website may be processed or stored internationally according to each provider’s standard service terms, data privacy agreements, and security safeguards.

17. Security-conscious measures without absolute guarantees

We employ practical organizational, technical, and transport-level security measures (including TLS encryption, Content Security Policies, and restricted dashboard access) to protect submitted data. However, because no electronic transmission over the internet is completely infallible, we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

18. Policy updates

We may update this privacy policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. Any revisions will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
