1. Educational Purpose & Enrollment Confirmation

The information on this website provides educational descriptions of our creative, design, video, and AI training programs. Submitting an enquiry, counselling request, or scholarship form does not guarantee admission. Learners under 18 years of age may apply with parent or legal guardian consent, which requires direct operational verification by the Academy prior to enrollment. Enrollment is confirmed only upon formal acceptance, agreement to batch schedules, fee payment, and execution of the written Academy enrollment agreement.

2. No Income or Job Guarantees

Dadhich Art Academy provides practical, skill-focused creative education. We do not offer, promise, or imply any job guarantees, guaranteed placements, fixed salaries, or minimum freelance earnings. Learning outcomes, career growth, and client acquisition depend entirely on individual practice, portfolio quality, personal initiative, and competitive market conditions.

4. Intellectual Property & Student Work

Academy Content: All instructional materials, lecture plans, curriculum outlines, website copy, graphics, and course structures are the proprietary intellectual property of Dadhich Art Academy. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public resale is strictly prohibited.

Student Project Ownership & Showcase Permission: Learners retain copyright in the original creative artwork, designs, and videos they produce during their courses. Student work publication in our public Student Work showcase and any promotional use depend on actual permission or licensing arrangements agreed with the learner (or parent/lawful guardian where applicable) and include creator attribution.

Downloadable Watermarked Assets: Artwork exported or downloaded from our Student Work showcase includes an embedded watermark banner with student attribution and Academy provenance. These files are provided strictly for personal reference, portfolio review, and non-commercial educational study. Removing, altering, or cropping out watermark banners or commercializing student assets without express authorization is prohibited.

5. Copyright Concerns & Takedown Procedure

Dadhich Art Academy respects the intellectual property rights of creators and third parties. If you believe any student artwork or website content infringes upon your copyright or was published without appropriate permission, you may notify us using the “Report a Copyright Concern” option in the Student Work gallery, via our Copyright Enquiry channel, or by emailing our review team at dadhichart8905@gmail.com.

Notices should include evidence of copyright ownership or authorization, specific identification of the work and URL (or Project ID), and your contact information. The Academy reviews formal copyright notices and may temporarily remove or restrict access to contested material while a claim is evaluated.

6. Course Fees, Refunds & 50% Scholarship Terms

Course fees are listed on individual program pages and cover live mentor-led instruction, interactive class demonstrations, project reviews, and mentorship throughout the published duration. Specific payment schedules, batch rescheduling rules, and course-fee refund or cancellation terms are governed by the approved written enrollment agreement provided prior to fee payment.

Scholarship Evaluation: Submitting a scholarship application through our website is completely free. Shortlisted applicants may take the official practical skill assessment. A ₹2,000 scholarship assessment fee applies to take the evaluation. The ₹2,000 is a separate assessment fee and is not adjusted or deducted from the course fee upon qualification. Applicants who successfully achieve the passing standard receive a 50% scholarship deduction on the current listed course fee for that program. If a candidate does not qualify in the assessment, the ₹2,000 assessment fee is non-refundable. Any other assessment cancellation or rescheduling request before the test is conducted is handled according to the terms confirmed with the candidate prior to fee payment.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and any enrollment agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our website, courses, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Formal contractual clauses, limitation of liability provisions, and student licensing agreements remain subject to owner and qualified legal review.
